Over the course of the last year, TEKsystems has been helping support a large-scaled initiative to convert both health systems to One Epic Ecosystem (OEE). Beginning in Spring of 2024, the OEE will Go Live, and their existing patients will need support in navigating the new platform of Epic. From a day to day perspective, consultants will be receiving calls from patients to help them with their MyChart application; handling mostly login issues, username, password, email address, activating accounts, etc..

We are looking for candidates that ideally come from a healthcare provider background and familiar with navigating the Epic (MyChart) application from an end user perspective. This is a fully remote role, but consultants will need to sit within the state of Michigan. If you are over an hour out from one of their corporate sites (either Grand Rapids or Southfield), they will be able to FedEx laptops to the designated home office.

Top Skills Details

1. Experience providing Customer Service/phone support for healthcare customers preferably, but open to other industries

2. Experience supporting Epic/MyChart (ideally, but not 100% required)

3. Password resetting experience/email activation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Any experience with Go Lives would be helpful for this role.
