Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and co-designing the processes to deploy and maintain endpoint operations systems and applications. The candidate will assist in defining specifications for hardware evaluation and selection of company hardware and life cycle management. The candidate will work closely with the Service Desk team and provide second level support for the deployment process. The ideal candidate must have experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems and at least one scripting language.

Required Qualifications (Including any licensure, certification, education):
Associate degree in Computer Technology or related field or equivalent professional certification and experience
De-escalation training prior to performing direct patient care or within 90 days of hire
All clinical night staff routinely working between the hours of 2300-0700 that work in Acute Rehab, Med Tele, Med Surg, Birthways, PEDS, NICU, and Oncology AND all clinical staff that work in Nursing Support Team, Behavioral Health, ED, ICCU, and House Managers will be required to take the combative patient response team training within 90 days of hire and must maintain throughout employment. Individuals less than 18 years old are excluded.

Organizational Requirements:
Maintain stroke education per regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with Senior Desktop Engineer and system administrators to create, maintain, and deploy application install packages for delivery through a software distribution infrastructure (Ivanti/Airwatch/SCCM, etc.)
Collaborates with Senior Desktop Engineer to facilitate automation of processes to enhance efficiencies
Collaborates to create, maintain, and deploy standard desktop images (Windows)
Collaborates to manage OS deployment processes (Ivanti/MDT/InTune)
Manages clients using GPO, Powershell, Ivanti, Airwatch, or other specific device management tools for end points
Manages Office 365 in a cloud environment leveraging Microsoft approved tools and processes
Executes plans for Mobile Device Management of company owned iOS devices
Tests patches and upgrades and resolve issues prior to company-wide implementation
Provides second level support to troubleshoot advanced endpoint issues
Colloborates to define specifications for hardware evaluation and selection of company hardware
Colloborates with team to manage printers and print management software for the organization
Identifies and implements improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc.
Participates in on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications:
4 year degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other related area
Experience deploying and administering Windows OS and application packages
Experience deploying and administering Apple iOS in a Windows environment
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting language
Experience with Active Directory and GPO management
