Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains plant equipment through work orders and preventative maintenance procedures. Successful performance includes continuous improvement of machines and equipment to reduce downtime and improve performance. Tech III’s provide close coordination of work with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors while also providing coaching and mentoring of Tech I and Tech II positions.

Sanitary welding according to food grade standards

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
This position works in a cheese plant, maintaining cleanliness both in the maintenance shop and while completing work. The role requires compliance with all company Safety, HACCP, and GMP policies.
