in-home caregiver for a fellow community member. Have you explored

today! Schedule: M, W, F (9 am-1pm) Wage: $17 per hour (including
mileage reimbursement) Tasks include but are not limited to: Bathing
Assistance and Skin Care Diabetes support Housekeeping Laundry Grocery
Shopping Meal Prep Medical Appointment Support and Coordination Ideal
Candidate: Male Caregiving Experience Friendly Diabetic Knowledge Strong
work ethic Good cook Community Horizons offers support for individuals
enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or
IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin.
Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides
services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the
employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the
involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
