JOB REQUIREMENTS: Property Book Technician/Logistics Analyst Location:
Fort McCoy, WI FLSA Classification: Exempt Employment Class: Full Time
Regular Position Summary: Advancia Government Services is seeking a
qualified Property Book Technician / Logistics Analyst who performs
property book operations IAW AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA Pam
710-2-2, Army Reserve Regulations, RD regulations, policies, and local
standard operating procedures to maintain property accountability.
PBT/LAs initiate, process, and/or complete property book transactions
or other logistics information system transactions and complete the
required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable
property accounting for activities and facilities. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities Process all transactions and property shall be
accounted for within two (2) business days of request notification and
include the number and type of property book transactions processed for
the reporting period. Perform annual inspections per location IAW
AR710-2 and local policy. Provide a completed 100% Inventory
checklist with corrective actions noted. Submit Sensitive Items
Inventories quarterly and track in GCSS-Army. Provide any related
trip reports to support travel expenditures and submit Trip Reports to
the COR within three (3) business days of the annual inventory.
Process all adjustments and corrections as a result of the inventory
within 30 calendar days on inspection completion. Travel is required
when completing inventories as requested by the Government staff.
Initiate a DD200, Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss
(FLIPL) action for any lost or damaged property found during the annual
one-site inventory and submit within 30 calendar days on inspection
completion. Provide customer assistance and support with supply
operations of the highest standard – effective, expeditious, courteous
and focused on issue resolution. Light groundskeeping and
housekeeping of work facility. Duties may increase due to unit
activity Education & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma
Valid State Drivers License Three (3) years in logistics or other
related industry One (1) year unit-level warehousing experience and
experienced with hand receipts and sub-hand receipts Knowledge of the
Army Supply System Experience using current automated Government
systems to maintain property accountability Knowledge, Skills, &
Abilities: Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and
written communication. Good interpersonal skills. Able to
understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Working
Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands: Some walking and
standing required. You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books,
tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds. Ability to safely work in
