Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst, with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business requirements and documentation along with UAT testing.

Requirements for candidate in this role:

Solid business analyst skills. o Salesforce knowledge, background, and experience o The team does a variety of tasks for the business tends to get business requirements, and do UAT testing for business, communication with retailers, various projects, etc. o Someone that can work with business side. o Very strong requirements gathering and documentation.

Good knowledge of Agile

Leading UAT test cases and running UAT

Process mapping/process flows, process documentation

Review complex/new information and analyze to make new connections

Understands project methodologies and ability to choose appropriate tools

Ability to manage from start to finish

Champion of change regarding implementing new business processes/project management processes/projects.
