About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Commercial Banking as part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product group. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
This position will be responsible for leading user L1 support of a Client Insights platform in partnership with an offshore team.
In this role, you will ensure smooth continuous operation of the platform by:
Addressing key end-user issues within predefined SLAs
Completing Root cause analysis of issues or concerns.
Collaborating with Product and Technology teams on production defect resolution
Contributing to product backlog intake process
Supporting deployment of new features, updates and/or patches
Assisting end-users with system navigation and functionality questions
Providing support for end-user access problems or data integrity issues
Maintaining documentation on issues, resolutions and SLAs
Recommending enhancements to improve end-user experience and system stability based on ongoing monitoring and feedback.
Required Qualifications, US:
5 years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with agile SDLC and Jira tool
Knowledge of Walk Me tool
Experience with MS Dynamics Sales CRM
Experience with Commercial Banking core data dimensions and sales process.
Ability to work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, QAs, and BAs supporting development.
Ability to work effectively with Commercial Banking Bankers and Product Partners (End- Users)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 – $171,800.00
