Towerlight on Wooddale is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in St.Louis Park, MN.

This caregiver schedule includes;

48 hours per two weeks

Evening shift; shift differential of $1/hr

Every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.

Assists with onboarding of new staff

Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.

Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.

CNA certificated if under 18.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA
