Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for the day to day functions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, handling complex provisioning, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing IAM process/procedure improvements via task automation, system integration, and process improvement. All functions have the ultimate goal of ensuring appropriate access to Essentia Health systems and information. Preferred work experience: • Intermediate experience with LDAP and identity federation• Intermediate experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)• Intermediate experience with enterprise identity directories (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)•Intermediate experience with enterprise identity management systems (Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, SailPoint, etc.)•Intermediate experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)• Intermediate experience with enterprise human resource systems (Workday, Infor, etc.)• Intermediate experience integrating with health system applications (Epic, Cerner, Morrissey, etc.) • Intermediate experience building a single identity ecosystem• Intermediate experience setting up and installing software on Windows platforms
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in an information technology field and two or more years of information technology experience.
OR
Associates degree in an information technology field related to the position and four years or more of direct experience to the position
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.

Hours Per Pay Period: 80
Compensation Range: $62982 – $94474 / year
