Job Title: Heavy Assembler
Job Description
The main difference between this position and the standard assembly position is the size of the product. Needs to be more mechanically inclined and able to lift heavier objects.
Responsibilities include assembling and testing servo motors, using hand and power tools, following manufacturing test procedures, and implementing continuous improvement ideas for the manufacturing process.
The ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings, machine tool operations, and the operation of production tooling and fixtures.
Inspecting and gauging finished parts, making tooling adjustments, and handling and moving supplies and materials.
Responsible for verifying that outside labels and unit labels are the same for all packet parts and cleaning equipment and work areas by performing daily and weekly safety checks of equipment.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New Ulm, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Factory setting, assembly line environment, smell of production equipment running
