safe.

Supervising students/ teaching life skills

Providing time for students who need to talk

Setting boundaries with the students and keeping them accountable for
their actions

Working as a team with all other staff/ communication is key for this
position

Problem solving and enforcing campus policies, i.e., inappropriate
language, music, intimidation, and disrespect
