Production Associate With Advancement DAY SHIFT

Job Title: Production Associate (Operator Trainee)

Shift/Pay:

Schedule : 1st shift 9:00am-9:00pm OR 3rd shift 9:00pm-9:00am (week one work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday/week 2 Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Training schedule: 9am-6pm M-F for the 1st week.

Pay : Starting Pay is $17.00 per hour on day shift (raise to $20/HR after 90 days) & $18.87 per hour on night (with a raise to $22.00 per hour after 90 day probationary period completed.)

Job Description

This position will be working in a state of the ark medical & dental device sterilization environment. The role involves taking order sheets, retrieving the product type and quantities listed, and bringing them to a larger-than-usual conveyor belt. The tasks include loading and unloading packages, primarily medical products/devices, into totes for sterilization.

Will be cross-trained between “Loading side” and “Unloading side”:

Loading side – Unwrap pallets of product, place them onto a conveyor belt, and input the order into a nearby computer. An image will display how to place the product inside totes, which will then be sent for sterilization.

Unloading Side – Retrieve sterilized products from the conveyor belt, unload the totes, and palatalize the product using yellow shrink wrap to indicate sterilization.

Candidates may occasionally operate a forklift, up to 5 percent of the day, but many days will not require forklift use.

Work Environment

The warehouse is clean and organized, will be working along side conveyers and machinery throughout the shift. There is a spacious cafe, and storage for employees belongings. This role would require manually moving materials through the process, and working a majority on your feet.
