Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic components, conveyor systems, and production machines. This includes following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications. You will also troubleshoot malfunctions and learn about automated pallet wrappers, including setting up and performing preventive maintenance on these systems. Training will be provided to gain knowledge on PLC troubleshooting and perform duties on all food and wrapping equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic components, conveyor systems, and production machines.
Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs.
Learn and maintain automated pallet wrappers.
Gain knowledge and perform PLC troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Proficiency with hand tools and blueprint reading.
Experience working through a maintenance work order system.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
High-speed packaging and electrical repair experience.
