Were looking for a HR coordinator near Itasca, Illinois to assist with onboarding, coordinate payroll, who has a general knowlege of employment laws and practices, and has excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator manages various HR functions and supports employees, management, and the HR Manager

This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee development initiatives, ensuring an effective HR operation within the organization

Employee Communication: Communicate and respond urgently to inquiries from current and new employees, ensuring clarity and promptness

Interact regularly with agency hiring managers as well as the HR and Recruiting teams at Keystone Agency Partners to support recruitment efforts and performance management

Help with employee relations and resolve inquiries related to HR regulations and benefits

Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and talking with candidates
