Field Service Technician

Conduct the on-site Start-Up and Commissioning of automated equipment.

Conduct on-site training of customer personnel.

Establish and maintain a continuous, positive relationship with customers, including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems

Schedule and plan preventative maintenance work with customers.

Perform troubleshooting and fault- finding services on-site and by phone.

Detailed and accurate reporting, service work, training for services delivered to customers.

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management of all levels.

Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships through strong technical skills.

Travel to customer sites for equipment commissioning & troubleshooting support (50%).
