As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process including, but not limited to, administrative uplift/ownership in TA process, drive employer branding, support business training/s, support school recruitment process, etc. You will take ownership in a variety of TA activities that will in turn support the service delivery of the recruiters to the business to focus on quality and efficiency.

You will bring 3 years of relevant human resources/talent acquisition expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant working experience, as well as a sound understanding of ATS (Workday experience preferred). Soft skills that will lead you to your success is attention to detail, continuous improvement, prioritization/organizational adherence, and empathy with a true service mindset.

Bilingual in French Canadian would be a plus.
