Job Description

Working with the largest food ingredient manufacturer in the area, you will serve as an expeditor/logistics point of contact. This role involves managing assigned customer accounts, ensuring effective and timely communication, and working closely with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions. You will escalate customer queries and concerns as needed and determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer questions and find solutions. You will also serve as the first point of contact for customers when processing orders and requests, handling customer complaints, returns, and invoices in a timely manner, and managing customer portals.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). Training will be on-site from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, M-F for 3-4 weeks.
