Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on technical equipment, including Industrial Inkjet Printers and Laser Printers

Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Replace or repair parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems

Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.

Repair or replace faulty components as necessary.

Ensure proper integration of new equipment with existing systems.

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software issues, resolving hardware problems, and answering questions.
