Job Title: Project Manager, Imaging System

Candidate must reside within the Northeast region of the US.

The Imaging System Project Manager shall be responsible for the development and execution of project planning and scheduling. In addition, shall be responsible for the reporting and analyzing associated costs of rigging, mechanical installation, site drawings, and other related special services paid by HCUS that are required for DR, Analog, and Radiography/RF Suite Imaging Products.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensures that site planning, site planning costs, and site planning results are effective and economical.

Reports and evaluates costs for site planning, site rigging, and mechanical installation for each project or by sales order for x-ray related projects.

Provides project management for all Imaging Systems installations.

Provides preliminary Auto CAD site plans for all x-ray related suites and approves final site plans prior to submission to the customer.

Reviews the quotations and sales orders for technical accuracy to limit change orders or NCR due to incorrect or missing items that would affect service installation efficiency and costs.

Updates the HCUS Sourcing Group on cost changes and revisions for purchase orders for rigging, planning, and other installation related expenses paid by HCUS.

Provides status updates to Government Accounts Group, by communicating weekly with the sales and support team members.

Attends meetings, maintains communicates with sales teams, service teams, transportation management, customers, and others as needed to keep projects moving forward and on schedule.

Performs post installation survey and analysis of projects completed to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Performs other task or projects as requested by management.

Must be knowledgeable with HCAI (formally OSHPD) and OPA requirements.

Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration, (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

University degree or college diploma (BS/BA) or equivalent.

PMI PMP Certification Eligible or Obtained (preferred).

At least 5 years’ experience successfully managing Radiology Imaging projects.

Knowledge of RIS, PACS and/or CVIS is preferred.

Experience coordinating multiple projects in parallel.

Team player and leader with excellent leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to travel on company business.

Physical requirements

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.

The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.

The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.

The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.

The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.

The ability to climb a ladder for evaluating and establishing site specific info.

Travel

Occasional (up to 60%) travel may be required based on business need.

Salary Range: $88,000 – $100,000
