IT Support Technician

Our client is searching for a full-time IT Support Technician for a full-time position in Paragould, AR.

This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, updating, and installing Windows OS.

This person will be the IT person on site and will answer calls and messages, but will also perform hands on troubleshooting to ensure all IT systems are up and running correctly.

All candidates must have experience providing technical support and great customer service.

The salary will be based on experience.
