About our team:
Were growing our Pricing team, where we combine an understanding of technology, economics, and customer behavior to build dynamic pricing models and develop pricing strategies to grow our business. The Pricing team supporting our Merchants manages day-to-day item pricing by monitoring our performance and partnering with our Merchants to make changes where needed.
As a Pricing Manager, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strategic, analytical and people skills to impact our business by effectively managing price and be a part of a wide breath of initiatives to improve our pricing capabilities.
Youll make an impact by:
Collaborating with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and Technology associates to support Competitive intelligence, promotional pricing, and in-club price signing
Evaluating business and operational problems, managing and conducting data-driven analysis to assess potential solutions, and developing strategic recommendations that address the root cause of problems
Leveraging data to understand trends and identify opportunities to improve pricing systems and models
Monitoring key performance indicators and metrics for special and recurring project, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance
Building and maintaining reports that enable our business and operations partners to effectively manage price performance
Leading discussions with business and operations partners to ensure utilization of analytical and pricing systems
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Youll sweep us off our feet if you have:
Masters degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
5 years of experience in an analytical and strategic role, including consulting, corporate strategy, technology; retail or e-commerce experience preferred
Excellent business and communication skills with proven ability to “influence” in cross-functional environment.
Expertise in quantitative and analytical problem-solving, with demonstrated ability in developing actionable insights from large datasets
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities with excellence
Knowledge of SQL preferred, Python, Tableau, or R a plus
Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI data visualization software preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
