Must have IPC 610
Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation and implementation programs to ensure compliance with company’s quality processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Acute attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
• Proficient with MS Office software products
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.
Must Have:
-electronics experience
-ISO 9001 (internal and external auditing)
-experience working with suppliers
-ability to collect and present data
-Experience with IPC 610 or J-STD
-Experience with Non-Conformance
