We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) position for Texas Health Mansfield.

GENERAL SUMMARY :

Reporting to the market Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will provide leadership to hospital and medical staff in the effective delivery of health services to patients, their family members, and the community, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently, and that patient experience and quality are measured successfully and continuously improved. The CMO will be responsible for establishing professional services that comply successfully with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.

The CMO will provide the hospital and medical staff with overall administrative assistance and coordination relating to the quality of medical care at Texas Health Hospital Mansfield. As a member of the Texas Health Hospital Mansfield Executive team, the CMO will act as a liaison to the officers and members of the medical staff and will have the direct administrative responsibility for hospital based medical services and individual physicians. The CMO will create an environment among physicians and other important elements where the successful execution of the Texas Health Hospital Mansfield Purpose, Vision and Mission is continually demonstrated.
