Transportation Mechanic

Description:

– Iola ISD has one available opening for a full-time position in the Division of Transportation.

Qualifications:

– A working knowledge of school bus repair and maintenance
– High School Diploma or GED
– The ability to pass a criminal background check
– A valid Texas driver license
– The ability to obtain a commercial driver license within 90 days
– The ability to obtain a state inspection license
– A motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
– The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
