Deputy Sheriff (CADET)

Academy Start Date: February 2025

The employment process will include a written examination, physical agility test, background
investigation, oral interview, drug screening, physical examination and psychological examination.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY:
? 21-years of age
? High School Diploma or GED
? Must be able to read and write the English Language
? Must be a U.S. Citizen
? Never been convicted of a Class B misdemeanor or above
? Never been convicted of Family Violence
? Possess a valid Texas Drivers License
? Has not been discharged from any military service with dishonorable or bad conduct
