Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
– Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children
– Provide individualized attention and support to each child
– Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
– Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
– Maintain open communication with parents regarding their childs daily activities, progress, and any concerns
– Supervise classroom activities and maintain discipline
– Prepare materials and resources needed for daily lessons
– Monitor and assess each childs progress and provide feedback

Skills:
– Strong educational background in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1 year of experience.

– Knowledge of child development theories and practices
– Experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
– Patience, compassion, and understanding towards childrens needs
– Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
– Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
