– Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
– Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling
– Collaborate with Lead teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements:

– Previous experience working with toddler children
– Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
– Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools
