Position Summary

The Senior Reliability Engineer will manage improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability that optimizes asset life cycle costs by utilizing proven improvement methodologies, systems, and processes.

Lead various reliability projects and develop approaches for preventative diagnosis to ensure maximum equipment functionality

Monitor plant equipment trends to ensure best possible operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime.

Ensure that the job planning, material, and services planning process is appropriate, accurate and effective.

Ensure that the equipment history, damage code and root cause analysis are completed correctly and analyzed regularly for trends.

Create maintenance plans and develop trainings to coach others on how to create, level load, optimize, schedule, and track Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance items.

Ensure compliance with Asset Management Strategy through coaching, mentoring, and auditing the Asset Management processes for our customized process systems

Lead the implementation of Asset CARE strategy across the factory.

Manage computerized maintenance management software and reporting tools to track maintenance key performance indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field AND 6 years’ experience in a maintenance planning/reliability role within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

OR

High School diploma AND 10 years’ experience in maintenance planning / reliability, operations and quality within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $128,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
