Shift: Days

Pay: $47.57 – $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience

This may be a work-from-home opportunity, but you must reside in Colorado. Travel among UCHealth sites may be required.

Summary:

Manages the daily operations of the department or assigned area/function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.

Manages information systems installations, conversions, and upgrades. Evaluates need for upgrades or changes to existing systems and recommends cost-effective hardware/software solutions.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED.

5 years of relevant experience; 1 year of leadership experience.
