As the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Regional Project Controller, you’ll be working with operational delivery managers to support various O&M projects to include water & wastewater treatment plants. Your role as a Regional Project Controller includes:

• Managing a portfolio of project financials including, but not limited to client reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue/GM recognition, and performance variance analysis.

• Partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders including project managers, regional and corporate leadership, the OMFS commercial team, sales, contracts, purchasing, and accounting.

• A focus on risk management, financial analysis, and accounting support.

• Identifying and mitigating risks that could negatively impact project success, profitability, and safety.

• Engagement in new business pricing efforts.

• Accounting duties related to accruals and true-up of financials for corporate processes as well as project deliverables (monthly, quarterly and annual closeouts).

• A wide opportunity to travel to west coast project sites and regional meetings to engage directly with various teams.

• B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year accredited college or university with course work in business, finance, and/or accounting

• Progressive experience related to accounting and finance experience

• Extensive prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exemplary organization and time management techniques

• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Valid drivers license with no major infractions

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Advanced course work or certification in business, finance, and/or accounting with applicable work experience in industry or consulting services
