Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Project Management Lead is responsible for leading the initiation, planning and implementation of Video Services Marketing sponsored projects with cross-functional and IT impacts. In addition, they are responsible for managing related operational duties such as process management, project management support software configuration and adoption, and cross-team collaboration on Marketing sponsored enterprise initiatives. They will work with project and operational teams to arrive at the deliverables and work efforts, determine prioritization and scheduling, and manage change requests to achieve project success and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and operational duties simultaneously
Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization
Plan and schedule project and operational timelines and hold necessary weekly, daily or ad hoc meetings
Consistently monitor and report on project and operational progress/status to stakeholders and assist in issue resolution as necessary
Facilitate the intake and prioritization process of Legal and Data Warehouse requests from the marketing teams
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Operations or related field
Skills and Qualifications:
High energy to maintain a sense of urgency and enthusiasm throughout projects and to set the tone for all teams involved
Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage large meetings
Ability to balance attention to detail and executional excellence with strategic thinking and an understanding of the big-picture business environment
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year – $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location.
