Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team at CycleBar Lone Tree, CO. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio, driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 20-25 hour part-time position with an income of $25000 to $42000 per year, paid biweekly, with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry. Compensation & Benefits: – Hourly plus commissions of $25000 to $42000 per year, paid biweekly – Commission based on membership sales – Opportunity for career growth in the fitness industry – Access to free CycleBar classes and discounts on retail products – Positive and energetic work environment – Training and development opportunities Responsibilities: – Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff management – Drive membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, and membership promotions – Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience – Manage payroll, expenses, and budget for the studio – Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members – Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training – Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio – Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner – Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members – Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred – A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required. – Passion for fitness and wellness industry – Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms – Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds – Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio – CPR and AED certification preferred (training available) EEOC Statement: CycleBar supports a diverse and inclusive workplace.
