Production Operator (Overnight Shift)

Location : Denver, CO 80216 (near I-25)

Shift: Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

These are 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule (work for 2 days, then 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work), so you must be willing to work every other weekend.

Pay: $28/hr

Job Description:

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team, ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up raw materials along the production line.

Maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, specifically the shingle machine.

Clearing machine jams to ensure continuous workflow.

Inspecting the quality of finished products to uphold our standards.

Cleaning manufacturing equipment and the production area to maintain a tidy and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand/power tools.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts).

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

This role is in a physical and loud environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and performing physical activities such as climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching with or without reasonable accommodation. You will frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products. The manufacturing plant’s temperature can vary with the seasons and weather conditions.
