What you’ll do:
The Group Supervisor exercises considerable independent judgment and authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff in order to meet expectations of the services provided. The Group Supervisor exercises direct control and direction over subordinate staff including Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors, as assigned. Additionally, the Group Supervisor is charged with the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.
To be considered, you should:
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Have a desire to work with troubled teens and at least 1 year of direct care experience with juveniles.
Have experience in a supervisory role.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
