Production Associate

Seeking Experienced Production Operators in Longmont – Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Description

As a machine operator, your main duties would be to set up machinery, prepare proper proportions for batches in a continuous process, and make necessary equipment adjustments. Youll need to interface with a computer system to monitor the batch process. This position also includes responsibilities such as collecting samples, recording, and tracking the product produced. You should be able to work independently as the job is fairly autonomous. Please note that it takes approximately 6 months of full training before one can completely handle the job on their own.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5 years of manufacturing experience

HSD or GED (education verification)

Comfortable working with several computer programs and cameras

Comfortable working around and with chemicals including mixing and measuring

Shifts & Pay

Second: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Mon-Fri, $20-$24/hour 10% Shift Differential

Third: 11:00 PM- 7:30 AM, Sun-Thurs, $20-$24/hour 12.5% Shift Differential
