QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelors degree (BA or BS) with experience in aging services,
evaluation, management, and administration.
Experience:
Knowledge of funding sources, the budgeting process, and financial
management.
Specialized knowledge of principles and practices, typically developed
through relevant experience after baccalaureate education.
Other Skills:
Ability to train, motivate, and delegate responsibilities.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to evaluate and assess systems and programs.
Flexibility in planning and adjusting to changing circumstances.
Conceptual thinking within realistic operational boundaries.
Proven oral and written communication skills.

Wage: $26/hr.

Days/Hrs.: Full Time Permanent Daytime hrs.

DESCRIPTION:
This full-time position is responsible for planning, implementing, and
monitoring programs related to the Case Management Agency (CMA). The
Director supervises the CMA Supervisor and assists with day-to-day operations
within the CMA departments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Quarterly Performance Reports for the State.
Develop and present Program Updates.
Design and implement needs assessments for elderly populations,
caregivers, and service providers.
Maintain accurate reporting systems and submit timely reports as required.
Interpret and apply current regulations and administrative program
instructions received from state and federal governments.
Assist in staff selection, appraisals, and maintaining a qualified
workforce.
Delegate responsibilities, set priorities, and oversee the general
activities of project staff.
Provide program and fiscal reports to fulfill grant requirements and
assess the impact of services.
Collaborate with the Finance Officer to prepare and monitor budgets.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Review timesheets for applicable staff.
Monitor workflow, processes, and procedures to optimize client services.
Develop methods for measuring program quality and outcomes.
Approve bills/invoices and complete purchase orders for accurate
allocation of costs to the correct grant/program.
Attend Board meetings, program director s meetings, and other
conferences or hearings relevant to job responsibilities.
