Hiring Solar Labor – START ASAP – PAYING $25/HR

Pay: $25 per Hour; $107 Per Diem (Must live at least 85 miles from the site).

Hours: 40 hours a week, 7 am to 4pm, Monday – Friday. Overtime sometimes offered on Saturdays

Job Description

Candidates will be helping to construct the electrical portion of a 150MW 235,000 panel solar array.

Duties will include but not

limited to installing panels, assembling racking, torquing bolts/nuts/fixtures,wire management, string wire, inverter installation, trenching, conduit bending, material staging, and other labor duties.

Project will last over one year and candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Candidates must have some construction experience or related such as landscape, large mechanical assembly, warehouse

Work Environment

Ground mount utility scale solar project. 1798 acres, 255,000 panels. High desert.
