We are looking for a talented Staff Accountant to provide support to the Finance Shared Services Center. The Staff Accountant will play a significant role in the month-end close process. This position will support many aspects of the accounting function and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Successful candidates will be presented with opportunities to grow within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Journal entry preparation with supporting documentation
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Research variances in the GL and prepare explanations for the General Ledger Manager
Ensure compliance with established SOX processes
Review and approve work performed by other accountants
Other special projects as needed
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Problem-solving where the development of new solutions, methods, systems will result in a major impact on the companys success
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Implement recommendations and see projects through to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working under the pressure of deadlines
Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately and logically; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic
Conduct meetings to negotiate, explain, persuade, or present information individually and with a team
Education and Experience:
BS degree in Accounting
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience with formulas and pivot tables in Excel #LI-EC1

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
