Electronics Assembly Quality Inspector

About the Role: The Quality Inspectors examine the quality of in-process and outgoing electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with Spartronics and customer specifications. Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.
What a typical day looks like:
– Inspects populated PCBs to work instruction and IPC criteria.
– Disposition Nonconformance of product.
– Verifies outgoing product meets Spartronics and customer standards
– Communicates inspection results to the production line and management
The experience were looking for to add to the team:
Education
– High School diploma or GED (Required)
– Associate degree, or vocational/Technical degree in technical or engineering field (preferred)
– J-Std and IPC–600 or IPC–610 certifications within 90 days of employment
– 1 — 3 years related work experience (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
– All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee. We can not provide sponsorship.
– Advanced level of attention to detail
– Basic level computer skills
– Good verbal and written communication
– Work well in a team environment
– Knowledge of quality inspection standards (preferred)
– Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule
· The planned schedule is a 4-day/10-hour workweek
· Shift 1: Mon — Thurs, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
