Compensation: $20.00/hr up to $24.00/hr based on experience

Principal Accountabilities:

Production Reconciliation, preparing, receiving paperwork

Data entry to our computer systems

Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaints

Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management

Support of clerical tasks related to the plant

Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients

Understanding on how to invoice and place orders

Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Working with new and existing employees

Managing supplies

Organizing company events

Organizing community activities

Some accounting functions needed

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

At least 1 years of administrative experience

Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)

Ability to use a computer and including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word

Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent

Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems

Knowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systems
