Job Purpose

De-burr, finish, clean, and/or assemble machined parts to meet or exceed customer specifications while keeping safety a top priority. Continue to promote KAITEKI values creating and maintaining a positive work environment, which is conducive to a stable, growing and continually improving workforce.

Principal Accountabilities

Use razor blades and chamfer tools to break all edges.

Ensure that all burrs are removed from the parts.

Wash the parts with mild detergent, rinse and air dry.

Butt welding of blow molded bottles. (If active in the bottle area)

Place finished parts in clean plastic containers to be forwarded to shipping or back to QA.

Maintain proper records / Become proficient with ERP System.

Read job travelers/ understand and follow work instructions.

Complete any other tasks as directed by Supervisor.

Complete all company training courses as they are assigned.

Trained on Data Collection in ERP System.

Ability to listen and follow directions.

Ability to work well with others.

The salary range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
