Job Purpose

While keeping Safety the top priority. Clean, assemble and package parts to meet or exceed customer specifications. Continue to promote KAITEKI values creating and maintaining a positive work environment, which is conducive to a stable, growing and continually improving workforce. Keep up with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and checklists where required.

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure that all burrs are removed from the parts.

Clean parts with mild detergent and air dry.

Use blacklight when necessary (inspect for FOD either on part or in material).

Use nitrogen to dry parts when required.

Use nitrogen vacuum purge when necessary.

Use plastic bags, foam, and vacuum sealers to package.

Ensure labels and serial numbers are correct and match on all bags.

Maintain proper records / Become proficient with ERP System.

Read job travelers/ understand and follow work instructions.

Complete any other tasks as directed by Supervisor.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Complete all company training courses as they are assigned.

Trained on Data Collection in ERP System.

Ability to listen and follow directions

Ability to work well with others

The salary range for this position is $16 – $17. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
