All these terms make up our Customer Care Specialist . The Customer Care Support Specialist delivers world class experience through knowledge, building rapports, aiding and education to the subscribers. They perform ongoing support and service activities to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The Customer Care Specialist acts as an advocate for the subscribers in assisting them with the navigation of web-based tools and assessing identity theft situations to determine escalation. Subscribers call when they are going through various issues.
ONSITE WORK: Riverwalk Office: Scottsdale, AZ 85256 (close to Talking Stick Resort and next to Top Golf)

Bring your high school diploma or GED equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Have 1 years of professional call center customer service experience. Possess the following attributes:
Strong formal oral and written communication skills and able to communicate clearly
Able to navigate multiple software applications
Available to work a scheduled shift consistently
Dependable with strong work ethic
Highly empathetic and genuinely interested in helping subscribers
Be passionate about providing a great customer experience
Highly adaptable and focused on self-development
This job offers you:
Competitive wage at $21.00/hr.
Full-Time hours offered.
The assignment is temp to perm – if meeting requirements potential hire in 3-4 months.
Operation hours are 5 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm Saturdayand, 7 am to 6 pm Sunday.
The CCS will work 8- or 10-hours work schedules: Sundays through Thursdays or Tuesdays throughSaturdays. Overtime is applicable with prior approvals from Management.
Training Details:4 weeks of training-Monday through Friday, 1 st week: Content Learning, 7 am to 3:30 pm; 2 nd week: Blended content learning and live phone calls,3 rd and 4 th weeks: Live Call Nesting.

You will be expected to:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls; provide top-tier customer service in an efficient manner.
Provide guidance to subscribers regarding products, technical support, and identity theft alerts,including troubleshooting account issues.
Assist subscribers with logging into theironline portal, either for the first time, or by troubleshooting technical issues.
Initiate Zendesk tickets for the I.T. department and case creation. Ensure accuracy of case creation and notation for restoration cases.
Identify the next steps required for the subscribers through active listening and problem-solvingskills.
Maintain strong company product and service (you get to be the one to explain all the amazingand cutting-edge tools the company has, to help people take charge of their online safety).
