future-and get there. The Enterprise Sales Compensation Advisor will
work with a small project team of 3-5 team consultants to assess
compensation plans and incentive structure for an B2B enterprise sales
organization.
What Youll Do
Join client interviews and working sessions to gather insights with the
project team
Participate in internal project working sessions during which team
members share synthesis of information gathered and working hypotheses
regarding sales compensation and the resulting behaviors and business
outcomes. Provide compensation perspectives from your past experiences
working in this space that support or challenge insights and hypotheses
shared.
Share compensation best practices and examples from relevant past
experiences to inform team recommendations and inform client
stakeholders.
Help shape the teams compensation recommendations
Support research and development of slide content related to best
practices, lessons learned from the field, and case study examples
Play a key role in executive stakeholder meetings and readouts
What Youll Bring
Insights from years of working in or consulting with clients on
enterprise sales compensation plans and incentives
Real life examples and lessons learned from the field from assessing,
planning, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of B2B
enterprise sales compensation plans
Ability to hear insights from the client and from the project team
regarding sales compensation and outcomes and to help comb out problems,
potential root causes, opportunities, and possible solutions
An open mindset and collaborative spirit to work with a team of
strategy, advisory, organizational effectiveness, and program management
consultants who will gather and synthesize insights and develop
hypotheses and draft recommendations but who are not deep experts in
compensation and help guide and shape their recommendations in alignment
with best practices and your experience and expertise in this area
Minimum of 12 years working in a compensation role or advising on
compensation for B2B sales functions
Willing to work in a highly valued role on a part-time basis for a
short-term project (4-6 weeks)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For
this position, the hourly pay range is $95 to $125/HR depending on
experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals
skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant
factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified
at any time.
