What The Role Is
Clearway Energy Group is looking for an addition to our office services team! Reporting to the Manager, Administration & Facilities, this position will be primarily charged with reception and administrative support for the Scottsdale, AZ office. This team member will also provide support to the general office and facilities as needed.
This role is an on-site position based out of our Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ. The selected candidate will be required to be in the office Monday – Friday.

What Youll Be Doing
Welcome and check in a high volume of daily internal/external guests to the office.
Answer and screen calls made to the main phone line.
Maintain accurate records/logs of visitor and contractor access badges.
Process and log mail and package deliveries/drop-offs.
Maintain professional order and appearance of general office and conference rooms.
Troubleshoot office equipment issues, following up with office team members as necessary.
Provide support with mailing, filing, and copying requests.
Provide support with internal meeting set-up.
Provide planning support for various corporate events and volunteer initiatives.
Update and maintain general office reference materials including phone lists, mail distribution protocol, records of dietary restrictions, catering vendors, etc.
Stock kitchens and help maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
Ensure copy and meeting rooms are adequately stocked.
Serve as backup to other administrative team members, as needed.
Support other administrative and office duties, as required.
What Youll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Experienced in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Verbal and written communication skills consistent with a professional office environment, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
A positive attitude. Highly motivated with the ability to inspire a culture based on teamwork, respect, integrity, and fun.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment with frequent use of a computer or telephone in a seated position.
Ability to lift 50-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet.
Frequent navigation of an internal stairwell.
What Would Be Nice
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Detail-oriented.
Able to prioritize many competing deadlines and responsibilities.
Self-challenging. Willing to broaden skillset to support the office and team.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work outside of standard working hours, as needed.
Ability to interface professionally with all levels of the organization and vendors.
Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations
$49,000-$55,000USD
