Senior Automotive Detailer – Las Vegas Airport – Full Time

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Sr/Lead Automotive Detailer.

This position pays $15.50 / hour performance incentives and is located at 7135 Gilespie Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

This is a Union position. Schedule based on a shift bid. Must have open availability (apart from religious observances, must be available to work 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends)

The Lead Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with the Complete Clean Pledge to ensure that all vehicles rented from the branch are safe and clean. When needed, this position will be required to work independently outside branch hours to insure vehicle production needs are met. The Lead Automotive Detailer may also train and verify the work of Automotive Detailers.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

Work independently or with a team to insure Complete Clean Pledge standards, vehicle readiness and production needs are met

Check work of Automotive Detailers to verify vehicle readiness and adherence to Complete Clean Pledge standards

Inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.

Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage

Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary

Stage Vehicles for lot drivers

Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions

Responsible for ensuring cleaning and sanitization supplies are available

Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of exterior of branch location and lot organization

Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

Check work of Automotive Detailers to verify vehicle readiness and adherence to Complete Clean Pledge standards

Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards, when needed

Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards, when needed

Wash and dry vehicle exterior, when needed

Will coach, mentor and train Automotive Detailers

Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be able to work any shift/hours (open to any days of the week); this schedule is determined on a shift bid & includes nights and weekends.

Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
