About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customers
Ensure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate security
Identify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate security
Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security management
Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trends
Develop and maintain effective physical security program
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1 years of leadership experience
Valid California State Armed Security Officer License
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
You will be a uniformed armed guard in addition to having the managerial duties.
This is a 24-hour site and will require flexibility.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$60,800.00 – $108,200.00
