Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for a first-shift position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility in start and end times if needed. Occasional overtime may be required. The ideal candidate will understand daily output goals and strive to perform at or above average minutes per piece. You will be responsible for following the organizations Quality Management System, maintaining a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards, and participating in sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and recycling. A key part of this role involves working cooperatively in a team environment, maintaining strong communication with your supervisor and team members, and accurately recording production order confirmations, including yield, labor, reworks, and final confirmations. You will also need to keep your supervisor informed of any changes or reasons for missing standards and participate in additional reporting methods to assist the production process.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orchard Park, New York.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and well-lit, similar to a clean room environment, as the team works with medical devices. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can wear headphones at your workstations.
