The Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District, located in Springville, NY and comprised of students in grades K-12, is currently seeking a Transportation Supervisor. The work involves the coordination and supervision of the overall operations of student transportation services for students residing in the school district. The ability to work effectively with district personnel and parents of the school system is essential to this position.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a visible leader who is an active member of the school community.

Effectively balance the social and emotional needs of staff with the challenges of providing a safe, effective, and efficient transportation program.

Have a solid understanding of the state education, transportation, and motor vehicle law as it pertains to student transportation, bus operator training, vehicle inspection, driver qualifications, and overall bus operations.

Be a contributing member of our administrative team-constantly stiving to improve the educational opportunities for all students.

Possession of a valid NYS Class B Operators License at the time of appointment is required.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary is $87,500, with a competitive benefits package.
