Location Specific Information:
This is an on-site role, working out of our Burlington office 4 days/week.

As a District Manager, Inside Sales, you will lead sales initiatives, collaborate with other commercial teams while driving growth and innovation. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to implement strategies that support global research markets. You will lead the charge in setting and achieving sales targets, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment and developing our talent for the future.
A Day in the Life:
Developing and implementing strong business plans with strategic and tactical insights.
Directing the execution of business strategies, driving new product sales, and retaining and growing current customers.
Monitoring sales team performance to provide detailed sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking using Salesforce and other IT tools.
Supporting contracts, proposals, and quotations within company guidelines with competitive pricing strategies to grow the business.
Attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified talent to build a world-class team.
Ensuring customer needs are met by team members and key departments, providing unparalleled service and responsiveness.
Mentoring and developing Inside Sales Account Managers and accurately managing team time sheets.
Keys to Success:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; a Masters or MBA is preferable.
Experience:
5 years of experience in selling and account relationship management with a major company, including previous people leadership responsibilities.
Willingness to travel approximately 25%
Must be able to travel to the US
Proven experience in team management, sales strategies, personal selling efficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, client relationship management, industry/market analysis, and business planning.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Canada is $75,200.00–$112,850.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
